What's your return policy?

GUNNER offers a 30-day return on unused products purchased from www.gunner.com.   If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund if it’s new and unused.

• Refunds can take up to 7-10 business days. Once inspection has been performed and your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

If you choose to ship the kennel back with a label provided by Gunner, we will deduct a return shipping cost of $30 per kennel due to the bulk of the G1™ kennel. ​If you wish to use your own return method, please return to:
