What is your exchange policy?

GUNNER offers a 30-day exchange for unused products purchased from www.gunner.com.

How to initiate your exchange:
 

• ​To begin your exchange process – click here

• ​You will be contacted ​with the appropriate store credit within 3-10 business days of inspection​ performed by our warehouse, so that you can proceed with your new order.

If you choose to ship the kennel back with a label provided by Gunner, we will deduct a return shipping cost of $30 per kennel from the store credit due to the bulk of the G1™ kennel. ​If you wish to use your own return method, please return to:
